Pros: Amazing benefits, hybrid, good manager, able to learn and try out different roles, good work life balance.

Cons: It doesn't really have a good structure for moving up in the tech side. There is a disorganized promotion system and it is somewhat hard to get a formal promotion, with a lot of older people who are hesitant to move toward new tech.

Pros: Amazing benefits, hybrid, good manager, able to learn and try out different roles, good work life balance.

Cons: It doesn't really have a good structure for moving up in the tech side. There is a disorganized promotion system and it is somewhat hard to get a formal promotion, with a lot of older people who are hesitant to move toward new tech.

Cons: Culture is not great and they have been doing a lot of layoffs lately. This has caused reorganization and chaos within the teams. Also, the push to return to the office has caused more problems than it resolved.
