Good Pay/Benefits, Culture is not great
Good pay, benefits, and a stock purchase plan.
Culture is not great and they have been doing a lot of layoffs lately. This has caused reorganization and chaos within the teams. Also, the push to return to the office has caused more problems than it resolved.
Stability in teams is necessary for success. Many managers are more concerned with reorganizing and becoming kings of their area than they are concerned with making sure the teams have good guidance and objectives.
