- Management has a high turnover rate which leads to shaky leadership
- Invest in improving and streamlining your processes.
- Invest in the employee experience, especially in the tech employee experience. You will do anything for the customer but not enough for the people delivering them value.
- Stop forcing people to be experts in 50 different things and encourage people to work on things that they are naturally interested in and good at, like a round peg in a square hole.
