A positive work environment, bonuses, and a pension plan.
I don't see many downsides, and it's a nice company to work with.
It was mostly behavioral questions with different people in the company. Overall, nothing out of the ordinary. The interview itself was conducted in a conversational manner, so it was pretty relaxed.
3 rounds of interviews. Was asked about past experiences and projects. There were 2 take-home assessments: * One with respect to data science (2.5 hrs) * Another MLE (to be presented at the interview)
It was good. They were all pretty nice and wanted to learn more about you. They asked basic cultural fit questions that weren't too hard to answer. They just want to look for those who are motivated to work for their company.
