I managed to pass the C++ phone interview round and garnered an invitation to interview in-person.
My interview lasted about 3 hours.
The interview basically consisted of me asking questions about the company and some of the design decisions that had been made.
During that time, no questions were asked relating to my 10+ years of experience in systems and storage work. Instead, the one and only question I received was to write the code to draw a circle. Seriously!
