I had four interview rounds. Three were coding rounds, and one was a general technical discussion.

The coding questions were around OS concepts (multithreading, deadlock) and algorithms.

The general interview focused on the networking area. We discussed the OSI layer, and the interviewer cross-questioned me to assess my understanding.

Pros: There were nice people. The hiring process was really good. The benefits were really nice.

Cons: - Chaotic management. - Awful tech stack (Boomi and Reltio). - Terrible coffee. - Not a straightforward career path.

Pros: The company is in the stages of large growth. It has a very solid platform and is working to get its fair share of the storage industry. They offer flexible hours and have great upper-level management.

Cons: Middle management is so-so. Company is growing extremely quickly without the infrastructure to support it. You are expected to understand and contribute without ramp-up time. Much company knowledge is inside engineers' heads, who are hesitant to share.
