Recruiter Discovery Call.

• Two Technical Interviews consisted of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• System Design 1.
• Techno-Managerial Round consisted of one problem-solving in DSA and some questions on System Design.

After the process was complete, the recruiter asked for my documents and assured me over email that they would complete the process after the team returned from their year-end holidays.

Because the company offers great work-life balance, the team is still not back and is still enjoying their vacation (as of writing this post, February 8th, 2023).

I exchanged many emails with their India team HR, but I guess she has also gone on vacation and is thus not replying to my messages anymore.

I will wait until December 2023 for them to revert back with the offer letter when their vacation is over, otherwise, I will send a "Gentle Reminder" to the recruiter one more time.

I must say the recruiters were very enthusiastic while conducting these interviews and followed up regularly. Even the agency recruiter was always checking in all the time. They didn't spend a second to collect my documents and communicate congratulations to me over the phone. It was a good day.

I am very excited to talk to them again when they are back from their vacation.
