There was a HackerRank test that lasted 75 minutes. It was relatively straightforward. If the HackerRank goes well, then there is an intro call with the recruiter, and I'm not sure what's next since I just scheduled the intro call.

Pros: - Lots of growth, interesting technical problems.
- If you have a good idea, management and engineers are interested in making it happen.
- Really smart senior engineers.
- Lots of autonomy to do what's best for the product and company.
- Great work-life balance.
The market is booming, and we have the best product. We are constantly improving processes, and I can really see the change in the speed of deploying our software.
Cons: Tech debt; some products have been neglected, and it is rough to fix them.
The Prague site is growing really fast, and there is sometimes a lack of leadership. If you are willing to step in, you will be rewarded, though.
