Online Test Interview
I applied online and received an invitation to take the test. I completed it and then received an email stating that I was shortlisted.
I have completed a two-hour interview where I answered all the coding problems. After a few days, I did not receive a response from HR about the next round, so I mailed them. They are saying that they need a more experienced person.
I don't know whether they watched my resume or not. I clearly mentioned my years of experience, and I even told them during the interview process. Even though I answered all the questions, they rejected me because they need more experience.
If they need an experienced person, they should let applicants know.
Such a bad experience I have faced. Guys, I am begging you to stop applying to this company.
