After clearing the OA, I had a recruiter call in which they briefly went through the interview process. There were two technical rounds and one behavioral round. Overall, the interview was nice. The DSA questions were easy.

Pros: Consistent workflow and moderate deadlines. Plenty to do without pressure to work overtime.
Comfortable culture. Provides room to expand skills and collaborate with teammates. A lot of teams provide work-from-home options.
Cons: Growing pains that lead to the occasional change in structure and inconsistent growth in needed areas.

Pros: I've worked at half a dozen big and small companies in the valley. Pure is by far the most functional engineering organization I've encountered. This is what you get when you mix very smart people who are committed to building products that do incredible things with execs who know how to disrupt big markets.
Cons: Lots of fast-paced work sometimes puts pressure on work/life balance, but the company is aware of this and trying to keep expectations reasonable.
