A recruiter contacted me and asked me to take an online test. The online test was not that tough; it had a few questions from algorithms and data structures, and a few from bits and bytes. I cleared this phase. I then received an email containing C++ code, and I was asked to go through that code before the phone interview. Three days later, I had the phone interview, which I failed. I received a rejection letter after two days. I didn't know C++ and had to go through a lot to understand that code. I learned a lot during the phone conversation with their engineer. It was a pleasant experience, although I failed.
