I met Pure Storage at my campus career fair. They handed out simple, debugging coding challenges on paper.
I moved on to a 1-hour technical phone interview.
The interviewer was extremely helpful. He explained the question well, gave great use case examples, provided pointers when I was struggling, and was overall very patient with me.

Create a class. Make sure class methods are thread-safe. Essentially, what edge cases are there, and how would you solve them?
