Cons: Pay could be increased significantly.

Pros: - Lots of growth, interesting technical problems. - If you have a good idea, management and engineers are interested in making it happen. - Really smart senior engineers. - Lots of autonomy to do what's best for the product and company. - Great work-life balance. The market is booming, and we have the best product. We are constantly improving processes, and I can really see the change in the speed of deploying our software.

Cons: Tech debt; some products have been neglected, and it is rough to fix them. The Prague site is growing really fast, and there is sometimes a lack of leadership. If you are willing to step in, you will be rewarded, though.

Pros: solid engineering expertise adequate compensation friendly coworkers

Cons: Probably the worst office in the whole software engineering industry. I just don't see how things can be any worse. Open floor with desks set as densely as physically possible; engineering and non-engineering staff mixed together. Everybody is walking around, talking with each other or on the phone. The necessity of keeping noise and distractions down does not seem to cross anyone's mind. Yet the office attendance is mandatory. Every day is stress and loss of productivity.
