It was an online assessment test. I thought I did okay but got rejected.
There were some multiple-choice and algorithm questions. One of them was a palindrome question, and another involved stacks.
You needed to be quick, as the test had a 60-minute time limit.

Pros: - Lots of growth, interesting technical problems.
- If you have a good idea, management and engineers are interested in making it happen.
- Really smart senior engineers.
- Lots of autonomy to do what's best for the product and company.
- Great work-life balance.
The market is booming, and we have the best product. We are constantly improving processes, and I can really see the change in the speed of deploying our software.
Cons: Tech debt; some products have been neglected, and it is rough to fix them.
The Prague site is growing really fast, and there is sometimes a lack of leadership. If you are willing to step in, you will be rewarded, though.
