Cons: Management spends all its time competing for power. Employee careers, project planning, and company direction are nothing more than pawns. Promotions are random. You'll be swapped from project to project without time to complete any, and you'll be told exactly whatever your manager thinks will keep you working, no matter how true it is. Your manager will usually disregard your feedback. You will never get a straight answer, and you can't believe anything you hear from anyone.

Pros: Company culture, salary, company direction, management, opportunities.

Cons: Slow growth, not a famous company.
