On paper, stock and salary are good. Only on paper.
I joined with the excitement that I was going to get an opportunity to learn. But after entering, I regretted it. I didn't know that the company is so unstable, with frequent firing. I have seen a couple of new joiners who joined with me, but before they completed the probation, they got fired. Initially, I thought it might be for personal reasons, but when it happened to me, that shook me to the core. Without reason, I was asked to write a resignation letter. I have 11 years of experience and have worked with Qualcomm, Intel, etc., so I don't think that I was performing poorly.
One thing I noticed is that the company lacks transparency and stability, and there are clueless managers who don't have experience. Apart from the CEO, everyone is sailing in a bubble world. If you are good with managers, then you are safe. I have seen a few managers who have joined recently and formed a team newly, yet they act like they are driving the company. Unfortunately, some of these new managers fired a lot of new joiners. This was especially true in the testing team, the technical writing team, which is the worst, and the HR team as well. Anyone who is targeting to enter the above-mentioned teams, please think twice.
Fire CEO first.

Got an email from HR with a link to an online coding test. Had to code out "Reverse a linked list" and compile against test cases. Corrected a coding question. There were also about 12 multiple-choice questions.
