Company culture is as good as it gets: a very inclusive, respectful, and friendly environment. The technical staff is brilliant. The company is doing great hiring really smart and professional people.
Cross-team communication needs improvement, especially between different departments.
Work on the communication between teams and have more dedicated project management to overcome silos.
