Pure has an excellent culture and great people, which is what keeps me excited to be working here. Building a distributed system in a self-contained box is no small feat, and we're solving new problems in interesting ways as well as defining new segments in the storage market. It's challenging, fun, and rewarding.
The company is growing and markets are changing, and the way we used to do business previously won't work in the future. We will have to continuously adapt as we grow and face new challenges, and it won't always be easy.
But looking at how successfully we adapted to the pandemic and the hurdles it brought, I'm optimistic in our future.
