I applied for the position through their website. After a week, I received a call from the recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful in providing me with the details of the position I had applied for. A few days later, I had a phone interview with a peer manager. He did not have much information about the position to share.

Questions

There were some leadership, release process, behavioral, and technical questions. I was asked to code a solution to a data structure problem online.

Cons: The company is growing and markets are changing, and the way we used to do business previously won't work in the future. We will have to continuously adapt as we grow and face new challenges, and it won't always be easy. But looking at how successfully we adapted to the pandemic and the hurdles it brought, I'm optimistic in our future.
