Good pay, benefits, and flexibility.
Work pressure, more at times, and dependency with few.
Great growth potential in the future.
Met at the career fair, where all interested students had to take a small quiz before even being considered. Then had an on-campus interview about concurrency and synchronization. Finally, went on-site in Mountain View for two technical interviews
They send out a HackerRank assessment, and I was dinged at this point. It's definitely beyond a standard interview, as they ask questions about concurrency as well. The standard algorithm questions aren't bad; they're probably easy-level on LeetCode
First, you have three technical rounds: * Data structures * Algorithms * Concurrency If you pass these, you will then have either one behavioral interview with a manager or a reverse interview with a former intern.
