Pros: Decent salary. Good RSUs. Great organization as a whole.

Cons: Management in a few teams is pathetic. They don't care about a person's domain and just put them in any team wherever there is a requirement. Mind you, they can put you in the hardware domain even if you have been hired for software.

Pros: Working on latest protocols, high salary, many things to learn if time is available.

Cons: No work-life balance, high work pressure, too much work.

Pros: Compensation comparable to market Quite relaxed work culture If you are thinking of retirement, it could be one of the best options, but not for new job seekers.

Cons: Many: * Management is rigid in assigning projects to newcomers. If you are a fresh graduate, don't expect to get on a project of your choice or matching skills. * No value for past employees. I did my undergrad internship, 2 years full-time in India, and then a grad internship in SD. At the end, I didn't receive my full-time offer, even after good work, a manager review, and a patent application from my intern work. * HR is not very helpful. When I was not selected, my HR didn't even have the audacity to inform me and kept me waiting. I came to know from a second HR, but a lot of time had already been wasted. * During my full-time work in India, I kept asking for a project/team that suited my skills and area of interest, but they said, "We can't."
