1. Telephonic Discussion with Hiring Manager.
2. On-site Interview (4 rounds).

After a few days, I contacted the Hiring Manager. He replied, "I cleared all technical rounds. They are just waiting for approval from higher management, so it will take a few more days."

After one month, a person from the same team called me to check my availability for joining. I said yes. He told me they would get back to me the next day.

After a week, I again contacted HR and the Hiring Manager (emailed 3-4 times). I did not get any response from them. They were not even ready to provide interview feedback, whether positive or negative.

I really felt bad about their behavior of not replying.
