Digital Hardware Engineer Interview Experience - San Diego, California

Process

I applied online and was contacted within a few days for a phone interview. After the phone interview, we set up an on-site interview.

The process itself was very fast, but the HR person did not respond to my emails or even email me to let me know the outcome. Several times, I had to reach out first for any response.

The on-site interview was very tiring, with four purely technical interviews and only a lunch interview in the middle. It would have been nice to have a break in between.

Overall, my opinion is that the company is very corporate, and working there, I would have been another cog in the machine.
