I applied online and received an email from their HR to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was actually the person I will be reporting to if I receive an offer. It was a technical round where they asked me C, C++, and Linux questions. After

Casual, felt comfortable while they asked me questions about my educational experience and previous work experience. Asked a variety of questions, none of which were typical LeetCode questions. Interviewers were very kind and social.

Passed the HR screen at school and the phone interview. Onsite interview was scheduled for two weeks later. Received an offer from HR one week after the onsite interview. All the offering groups actually called to introduce themselves.
