Pros: All seniors are good and supportive, that's what I saw in my team. There was no differentiation between full-time and contract people. All were supportive.

Pros: The upper management is extremely good at seeing problems and fixing them before they become a major issue. They are very smart in how they handle the finances and the market. Overall, a happy, stable environment in an industry where there is so much turmoil.
Cons: The middle management is extremely weak. So many old-timers, who were good or excellent engineers, have been promoted to middle managers. They are doing a very poor job of managing the day-to-day activity and the engineers under them. This makes for a highly stressful and inefficient work environment on a day-to-day basis, resulting in long hours for most engineers.
