Process
It was a two-process interview.
First was the coding round, conducted on HackerRank. It took 45 minutes and consisted of 3 coding questions and 7 multiple-choice computer architecture questions.
Second was the F2F (face-to-face) interview, which took 2 hours. This covered all technical aspects and previous work experience.

Pros: You will get to work with cutting-edge technology.
Free, mouth-watering lunch. Dinner if you work late.
Cons: SOD is only time when you feel the tension arising throughout that happens every month.
Some even spent time more with coworkers than family.

Worst experience working as a contract employee

Pros: Working as a contract employee, I don't find any pros.
Cons: 1. I was working in Qualcomm, Chennai, through a third party on a contract basis as a fresher.
2. I don't know about other offices, but the Qualcomm Chennai office is full of regional politics.
3. Even if you are a good performer, they will not assign you quality work. They will assign quality work to local people, even if they don't have the ability.
4. They will treat you like a slave. They will not give you credit for your work.
5. There is no scope for learning. They assign work like counting the number of working laptops in a lab, etc.
6. My suggestion to freshers who passed out from top institutes (IIT, NIT) is: don't join Qualcomm through a third party.
