Very basic questions were asked related to C, C++, and OOP. It was a phone screen followed by a 1:1. The difficulty was average. Interview results were out the same day. They also asked about bit manipulation and OS-related concepts.

Pros: The company culture is fantastic. It's laid back, but you're still expected to obviously be on top of your game. The people are fantastic and very helpful in any cooperative tasks one might have to undertake.
Cons: Work can get a little daunting at times, and the culture may seem a bit foreign.

Pros: Very good perks, lots of activities to do when not working or in downtime. There are lots of resources to learn from.
Cons: Most of the jobs are programming-based, and most of the employees are on H1B worker visas. This is because there are not enough skilled American workers, and as a contractor, you won't get overtime pay.
