Pros: Colleagues are helpful. I'm working in the Post-Si DDR Bringup Team, and this is the case in this team, at least.

Cons: No work-life balance. They expect you to work for more than 10 hours every day. If you are involved in a project on which the San Diego engineers are also working, then you'll need to work during your office hours and also be available during their office hours, i.e., our nighttime. A hectic project schedule also means that you need to close on technical issues immediately and don't get any time to investigate these issues in-depth to increase your technical knowledge. Overall, forget about having a healthy and balanced lifestyle if you're working in this company.

Pros: A great place to learn for a beginner. Flexible working hours and great perks for performance, too, semi-annually. Employees can move across teams with moderate difficulty.

Cons: One should be adaptable to high-moving schedules. Lot of internal high-level politics, but it doesn't much matter to low-level employees. A few low-knowledgeable managers may make you feel irritated sometimes.

Pros: Good learning and good experience.

Cons: Too much workload and less work-life balance.
