Process

The initial interview was at the local satellite office and lasted 45 minutes with one person. He was very nice, asked some fundamental questions, and informed me about the organization.

The second (final) interview was at the SD headquarters with six people:

  • 1 VP
  • 2 Directors
  • 3 Managers/Engineers

This interview also included the staffing specialist. They talked a lot about their organization, asked a lot about my resume experience, and posed fundamental EE questions. I received a response within a week.
