As many rounds as the group head wants, typically 6 or 7.
The first round is telephonic, followed by 7 face-to-face interviews.
Many questions repeat. This can be avoided by holding joint interviews or having each panel focus on a specific topic.
Decisions are usually quick, and an offer was made within two weeks. It wasn't much of a hassle compared to other companies.
Questions
UVM, verification planning, and coding are not very tough.
Must have a thorough command over past projects. Puzzles.
