Cons: Benefits quietly disappearing. CEO is making policies because he said so, rather than talking to VPs and execs. Execs are trying to take care of their people, while big VPs are trying to strong-arm terrible decisions.

Pros: Pay, connections, networking, tech stack

Cons: Work-life balance, impact, management.

Pros: Apart from salary, benefits like medical insurance, 50% reimbursement on health membership, a 15k discount on Qualcomm products, breakfast, lunch, and snacks, car facility, tuition reimbursement, 6 weeks paternity leave, performance bonus, RSU, and ESPP plan.

Cons: Working at Qualcomm, be it anywhere in the world, is the most hectic and appalling. They have no regard for their employees, and all they care about is getting the work completed at the cost of the employees' health. Work-life balance is deplorable. Rather than hiring more people, they try to squeeze in the maximum possible load on a person's plate, to the extent of making them work 24/7 (literally). Rather than doing so, they should spend some time on analyzing what can enhance their employee satisfaction. But no, they don't have time for such abysmal, petty things.
