Pros: It's good to know that the software you write runs on millions of phones around the world. Good benefits package. All the benefits are good, and recently the company is trying to mimic a Google-like culture.
Cons: Pay is not great, and high-level politics can be a pain at times.
Large company, and hard to know what other groups are doing.
Not software-focused.
