The placement process took place in 2019. First, there was an online assessment test. The shortlisted candidates then had to go through the technical interview, which was quite tough. They asked questions on:

Exposure to a wide range of technical material to improve your knowledge.

Cons: I have seen Indian managers acting as puppets for US managers.
They won't say no and are so insecure to put their point. This makes employees working under them accept whatever US guys say and work overtime to show more productivity, which kills employee creativity.
