Software Engineer Interview Experience - India

Process

Their process seemed good, although they did not contact me after the director round interview.

I received a call from HR for the first telephone round, then they called me for three rounds at their Bangalore campus. The interviews were quite good.

After about two weeks, HR asked for two director rounds. I hope the interviews went well; they were quite good and simple. The director asked about my long and short-term goals and a few questions about team management. He told me, "See you soon."

After all these stages, I received no communication from them. I am quite shocked that they did not provide any feedback. This is not acceptable.

These days, I've had similar experiences with two or three other companies. After everything, they don't give any feedback or an offer. Disappointed.
