The crowd is older, so young people can feel alienated.
San Diego rush hour traffic is a nightmare, so never leave at 5 p.m. unless you want to play bumper cars on the freeway.

Cons: 1. No quality work here in Hyderabad. Not good for freshers.
2. Recruits students from IITs and NITs to do brainless jobs. Managers treat Engineers and Associate Engineers as slaves.
3. If you once join Qualcomm, there are no more options; it is very difficult to switch to other companies.
4. Very hectic. You have to spend lots of time at work that you don't like. Many are not happy with their work but have no other options.
5. Advice to freshers: Do not join Qualcomm.
