The process was very good, and I had excellent interactions with all the members. I met with two teams, from RF engineering to software engineering.
All my questions were answered, but I did not receive an offer. I was unaware of their selection criteria.

Pros: A lot of interesting R&D projects, many talented/dedicated engineers. (Sadly, a lot of them already left.)
Cons: Some high-title engineers/leads' knowledge is out of date and they are incapable of leading R&D projects.
A lot of R&D projects are pushed to lower-level engineers to figure out on their own, forcing them to live neck-breaking lives.

Pros: - Fantastic insurance policy
- Great half-year review cycle with pay raise
- Great location (San Diego)
- Pretty decent salary
- People are really smart
Didn't know what to expect going into Qualcomm right out of college, but I couldn't have asked for a better first job experience. I had a lot of control over how I wanted to implement the tasks I was assigned (language, frameworks, etc.) and also received a lot of help from my peers when I was stuck.
Cons: Same routine every day made work stale pretty quickly.
Work got a little too "comfortable" (which makes me feel crazy to write in the 'Cons' section), but I wanted to take advantage of my early 20s and experience the crazy rollercoaster world of startups.
