Pros: Good teams with reasonable expectations of work, nice people, understanding when you choose to take time off, and will always okay your time off requests. Good benefits, no micromanaging.
Cons: Low pay/monetary compensation relative to other software companies, especially when compared to the amount of work given. There are low raises, no salary negotiation, and an expectation of overtime with no compensation. Late-night meetings are frequent due to collaboration with Indian teams. There are not many opportunities for promotion either.
