Pros: Lots of perks, great culture, and interesting projects.

Cons: Long working hours plus work on weekends, regularly.

Pros: I love San Diego, and I like my team. I get pressure at certain times, but I believe that's how it should be.

Cons: Just seeing money being made at other companies by people in similar roles. Pay is certainly not bad, but definitely not high compared to other unicorns / tech companies.

Pros: Review done every 6 months. Good benefit package.

Cons: Lots of late hours and weekend work expected from most engineers and senior engineers. Bad managers with bad people skills carrying out directions and pushing it down to whoever. No work-life balance at all. HR will mostly take management's side. I saw hired consultants not getting paid for weekend work; management wouldn't approve their hours. Maybe okay if you are not working for QCT / Target SW division. Not worth sacrificing family time just for the great benefit package. There are plenty of other companies in San Diego who will pay more salary.
