Pros: Smart colleagues and a great chance to work on some of the most advanced communication technologies. Health insurance benefits are great. Salaries are average for the Bay Area.
Cons: There is some inertia, as in all big companies. Some processes are a time burden. Work can get a little monotonous as you work on the same topic for multiple chips. The retention rate is quite high, so it is getting a little top-heavy. Promotions past the senior staff level become hard.
