It was mostly focused on the C language. The most important motive, which seemed to me, was that they were trying to evaluate Linux kernel development skills.
Qualcomm uses Linux mostly, so this is to be expected.

Pros: Apart from salary, benefits like medical insurance, 50% reimbursement on health membership, a 15k discount on Qualcomm products, breakfast, lunch, and snacks, car facility, tuition reimbursement, 6 weeks paternity leave, performance bonus, RSU, and ESPP plan.
Cons: Working at Qualcomm, be it anywhere in the world, is the most hectic and appalling. They have no regard for their employees, and all they care about is getting the work completed at the cost of the employees' health.
Work-life balance is deplorable. Rather than hiring more people, they try to squeeze in the maximum possible load on a person's plate, to the extent of making them work 24/7 (literally).
Rather than doing so, they should spend some time on analyzing what can enhance their employee satisfaction. But no, they don't have time for such abysmal, petty things.
