Pros

Very good medical and dental plan. San Diego is a good place to work.

Cons
  1. Managers are technically inept. Especially, there are so many directors and senior directors that you forget the count of them.

  2. There is a lot of stress on minute issues or the same issue coming up in different ways.

  3. Promotions are based on the number of hours put in. There is no respect for the quality of work, but stress on the quantity of work. This goes back to the point mentioned above. Since managers are technically not smart, they don't have a clue about the time taken for a task.

  4. There is no freedom or room to work outside of your assignment. Very poor in terms of internal group transfers.
