Salary offered higher than average.
No OT pay. Too many shutdowns. Passdown from old to new employees not enough.
I initially had an intern interview, and I was rolled over to full-time after my internship ended, one year before graduating university. The intern interview consisted only of a phone interview.
The interview was a two-round process. It was very smooth and mostly based on my resume and what I know. It included general talk and technical questions about my resume. There was no coding part.
The interview covered SystemVerilog and UVM questions. I was tested on design logic such as flip-flops and multiplexers (MUX), including the implementation of gates using MUX. A couple of behavioral questions were also asked.
