Advice to Management

This is specific to the Auburn Hills, MI location.

At one point, this used to be a great office to work at, but then there was an acquisition and consolidation of groups. With that, what's left on the development side are extremely poor projects (leftover tasks by other groups) along with micromanagement from local managers. It is not helpful when the three layers of management within this small team do not communicate with each other or with their employees. It's no fun when everyone has their own viewpoints of the projects and no unified direction.

Advice to management:

  • Loosen up your control.
  • Listen to what your employees have to say. Trust your employees.
  • Communicate better, at least within yourselves.
