Good benefits, onsite canteen, onsite gym.
Little chance for promotion; internal transfer within the site is practically impossible.
Requests to work out of hours and on weekends have increased in the last year.
Salaries are not competitive.
- More flexibility on internal transfers. It was easier to get a transfer to SD rather than Cambridge.
- Work on diversity. There are very few women and even fewer BME in engineering.
- Address unconscious bias in the firing and promoting process.
