1. If not in the right team, you can end up doing support work in Qualcomm India Pvt. Ltd.
2. Work pressures in Qualcomm India are high.
3. Not all people are easily approachable in QIPL.
4. US teams don't bother too much about hierarchy, but Qualcomm India still has that.
5. You can't interact with most employees over talk because of the language barrier. Most of them start/discuss in a regional language and not in English.
6. The learning curve is not too steep. If you are in a development team, you would learn only your module. You may not have a chance to learn other modules/technology.
