Very energetic teams, people will be more supportive. More new ideas and learnings. Work culture is good. Problem-solving techniques are really appreciable. This will keep the person always busy and occupied with two or more projects to handle.
No work-life balance, though many programs were initiated by management during the past two years to improve it.
One-on-one meetings will not be frequent.
Skip-level meetings will be held rarely.
