There are so many smart people there. I learned a lot.
It's a very large company with many sprawling departments. Sometimes it's tough to understand what one's goals are and how to achieve them. Working on cross-departmental projects is sometimes difficult because different people do things in different ways.
Increase communication between engineering teams and management, and hire more engineers internally in management positions.
