A 'Thank You' message
Besides being fair, Qualcomm is a company that works hard on the comfort and encouragement of its employees. I feel lucky to be part of its team.
The only negative point I can think of is the small annual wage increase, which I thought would be bigger. But all in all, it is still better than many other companies.
