Staff Engineer/Manager
Interviews with counterparts from the USA and also locally. At least 5-6 rounds of interviews. Post-tech interview, HR negotiates. If an interviewee is asked to leave after 2 rounds, it is a definite reject. Even for approved candidates, staffing
MST Engineer
The interview consisted of 2 technical rounds plus an HR round. The first two rounds were completely technical. All questions related to 4G and OFDM, with a greater focus on LTE and OFDM. Questions were of average difficulty.
