Interviews with counterparts from the USA and also locally. At least 5-6 rounds of interviews. Post-tech interview, HR negotiates. If an interviewee is asked to leave after 2 rounds, it is a definite reject. Even for approved candidates, staffing

Screening round with hiring manager: technical + general chat. Followed by 4 rounds of technical interviews. For me personally, the guys interviewing were nice (for the most part) and were actively listening.

I had another interview with Qualcomm. That was okay, but not so great. After that, I received another interview call for this position. I had a half-hour phone interview this time, and it went very well.
